Confusion, distortion, analogue, digital, scann, movement.This project combines analog and digital techniques. 137_uread_messages deals with the overwhelming nature of an email spam folder. It explores the interplay between the distortions created by the printer in the design process and the distortions in our perception when scrolling through the overflowing inbox. I worked analogically with prints of texts and symbols, using the printer itself as a tool to create the distortions.
